We have just returned from yet another fantastic exhibition at The Baby Show which was held at the NEC in Birmingham. Running from Friday 15th until Sunday 17th May, our fabulous customer care team were certainly kept busy!<\/p>\n

We took some time to talk to our Future Health Biobank team who attended the event.<\/p>\n

The Baby Show is always a fabulous exhibition to attend, with so many new families attending it is always a great opportunity to talk to expectant parents about our service. It\u2019s a shame, that in today\u2019s day and age we rarely get chance to meet face-to-face with customers, so we really value our time at these events.<\/p>\n

We were also rather humbled to have many past clients pop by our stand and say hello. Having built a strong relationship with these people over the phone it was really great to get the opportunity to meet with them and of course, their beautiful little babies!<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

This year we were proud to unveil a brand new exhibition stand which led with a real focus on presenting information in a clear and simple format whilst still appealing to our wonderful customer base. This new design seemed to go down well with the NEC audience and the vintage afternoon tea, in honour of our new baby Princess Charlotte, was also a great hit!<\/p>\n

As always, these exhibitions are a fabulous opportunity to meet old and new clients and their families. Relationship building with customers is one of the best parts of the job for me \u2013 so these events are always a real highlight.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n

The Baby Show was a resounding success for us here at Future Health Biobank with a great deal of interest from new and returning customers. If you missed us at this event, don\u2019t worry, we will be exhibiting again at The Baby Show in London between 23rd and 25th October 2015 at Olympia.<\/p>\n
