Otkri\u0107e pove\u0107ava potencijal jednog uzorka mati\u010dnih \u0107elija u lije\u010denju ve\u0107eg broja medicinskih stanja.<\/h3>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>U ovom istra\u017eivanju nau\u010dnici su bili usmjereni na protein koji utje\u010de na sposobnost hematopoetskih mati\u010dnih \u0107elija da se samoobnavljaju. Kada je funkcija ovog proteina &#8211; zvanog Ythdf2 &#8211; privremeno smanjena, otkrivena je pove\u0107ana ekspanzija hematopoetskih mati\u010dnih \u0107elija. Nau\u010dnici su tako\u0111er primijetili da smanjenje razine Ythdf2 nije promijenilo tipove \u0107elija koje su proizvedene.<\/p>\n<p>Trenutno, mati\u010dne \u0107elije krvi pup\u010danika mogu se koristiti za lije\u010denje poreme\u0107aja imunolo\u0161kog sistema, poreme\u0107aja krvi, leukemije i odre\u0111enih vrsta raka.
