Qualit\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure des cellules souches  pr\u00e9lev\u00e9esnaturellement<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style:disc; text-align: left;\">\n<li>Les cellules souches pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es sur le sang de cordon, le tissu de cordon ou la pulpe dentaire \u00e0 diff\u00e9rents stades de la vie (naissance, enfance, jeune adulte) sont d\u2019origine naturelle, na\u00efves et non manipul\u00e9es. En revanche, les cellules collect\u00e9es naturellement (par exemple, \u00e0 partir de sang de cordon ou de dents) sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 approuv\u00e9es et utilis\u00e9es avec succ\u00e8s dans divers traitements.\n<\/li>\n<li>Efficacit\u00e9 th\u00e9rapeutique : les iPSC peuvent montrer une efficacit\u00e9 r\u00e9duite \u00e0 cause d\u2019une maturation cellulaire incompl\u00e8te.<br \/>\n(Cerneckis, J., Cai, H. &#038; Shi, Y., Sig Transduct Target Ther, 2024)<sup>5<\/sup>\n<\/li>\n<li>Co\u00fbts et contraintes pratiques : la fabrication et le contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9 des iPSC sont des processus sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et on\u00e9reux. Pour produire des produits cellulaires autologues conformes aux normes GMP, des installations et du personnel sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s sont n\u00e9cessaires. Le co\u00fbt estim\u00e9 pour produire un tel produit \u00e0 usage clinique serait d\u2019environ 800 000 USD.<br \/>\n(Doss MX, Sachinidis A., Cells, 2019)<sup>6<\/sup><\/li>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3 style=\"margin: 16px;color:#E5426A;\">5. Les applications th\u00e9rapeutiques privil\u00e9gient les cellules jeunes et non manipul\u00e9es<\/h3>\n<ul style=\"list-style:disc; text-align: left;\">\n<li>Les cellules souches pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es sur des individus jeunes (de la naissance \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e2ge adulte jeune) offrent une capacit\u00e9 r\u00e9g\u00e9n\u00e9rative sup\u00e9rieure et un risque moindre de d\u00e9fauts g\u00e9n\u00e9tiques ou environnementaux.<\/li>\n<li>Les cellules naturellement pr\u00e9lev\u00e9es ont prouv\u00e9 leur efficacit\u00e9 dans le traitement de maladies comme la leuc\u00e9mie, le lymphome et les troubles neurologiques.
