I. ORGANIZER

1.1 The Raffle organizer and data processer is the company Future Stem Cells SRL, incorporated and registered in Romania, unique registration code RO33272087 with working point at Art Business Center, Str. Buzesti N0. 50, floor 2, CP 011015, Sector 1, Bucharest, Romania and headquarter at Str. Bucegi, No. 38, Bucharest, Romania.

1.2 The Data Controller is the company Future Health Technologies Ltd, incorporated and registered in England and Wales, with registration number 04431145, with registered office at Unit 10, Faraday Building, Nottingham Science and Technology Park, University Boulevard, Nottingham, United Kingdom NG7 2QP.

1.3 The raffle will be held on 9.11.2018, 10:00 and ends on 19.01.2019 at 23:59 (hereinafter referred to as the "Raffle Running Time"), in accordance with the terms and conditions laid down in these Regulations. Winners' draws will be as follows: 05.12.2018; 20.12.2018, 20.01.2019.

II. PARTICIPANTS - ELIGIBILITY CONDITIONS

2.1. The “Happy Future Parents” raffle can be attended, under the terms of this Official Regulation, by any natural female person who, at the time of registration, is at least 18 years old and is pregnant with a domicile / residence in Romania and who accepts the terms and the conditions of this Official Regulation (the "Participants"). In order to be eligible to participate in the raffle and win one of the Organizer's prizes following the draw, the Participants must meet the following cumulative express conditions: - Participants (any natural female person who, at the time of registration, is at least 18 years old and is pregnant with domicile / residence in Romania) are not employees and / or collaborators of the Future Health Biobank Group or of any other companies involved in carrying out any activities related to the organization and deployment of the Raffle, or their spouses or relatives up to the first degree; - Accept and comply with the provisions of this Official Regulation; - Accept to provide the Organizer with the following personal data: first and last name, phone no., email, county of residence and approximate date of birth ("Data"). The provision of personal data is equivalent to expressing consent to the processing of personal data.

2.2 Employees and self-employed individuals working on the basis of collaborative contracts with the Organizer, the spouses, and their first-degree relatives may not participate in the Contest.

III. THE RAFFLE MECHANISM

Signing up for the contest consists of filling in the registration form (containing the identification data of the pregnant woman: last name and first name, email, telephone, probable date of birth, county of residence) on the official website of the Contest on the website www.futurehealthbiobank.com/ro or on the official Facebook page (Future Health Biobank Romania) during the Contest period: November 9, 2018 – January 19, 2019.

IV. RAFFLE PRIZES - NUMBER, NATURE, VALUE

4.1 The “Happy Future Parents” awards are: Babymoov Ultrasonic Aquarium Humidifier, Lionelo Armchair and Ruben Musical Electric Swing, Momert Electric Nose Aspirator 1723. The total amount of the prizes is 653 lei (VAT included).

4.2 Thus, under the terms of this Official Journal, a number of 3 prizes will be granted, consisting of products for the care of a newborn.

4.3 In the "Happy Future Parents" Raffle, a participant can win a single prize.

4.4 The images and product names used to promote the Contest are for presentation purposes. Final products may have different functions or colours, depending on the stock availability at the supplier.

4.5 The prize money is not awarded in cash or in other products.

V. DESIGNATION OF WINNERS AND DELIVERY OF PRIZES

5.1 The prize will be awarded by drawing lots. The draw will take place as follows: 1st Prize on 5.12.2018, 2nd Prize on 20.12.2018, 3rd Prize on 20.01.2019. The draw will be made through an online random selection service of the winners (eg: www.random.org). the drawing will be made by the Organizer. In the draw, a draw report will be drawn up, signed by an authorized representative of the Organizer.

The drawing consists of the random extraction of a number, representing the person's registration number in the total number of entries in the Contest. All participants will receive a unique number and, for example, if the number of the draw is 17, the participant with the number 17 awarded in the Contest will be designated the winner. The person whose registration in the contest has been made with the selected number will be designated as the winner of the prize described in point 5 of this Regulation if he / she meets the conditions for participation in the competition provided by this Regulation. The designation of the winner of the prize described in section 5 of these Rules is made based on the drawing report signed by all participants in the draw.

5.2 The name of the winner will be published after the drawing on the Future Health Biobank website: www.futurehealthbiobank.com/ro. The winner will be personally announced by the organizer's Romanian agent on the same day of the drawing, by telephone and by email within 2 days. In case a winner cannot be contacted within 2 days, the prize will be allocated to the reserves in the order in which they were extracted.

5.3 If neither the winners nor the reserves could be contacted or claimed their prizes or the Data provided by them were not correct, a new drawing will be made.

5.4 Any attempted fraud on the part of the Participants will entail the cancellation of any rights earned by them until that date.

5.5 The Organizer is not responsible if a named Participant designated as winner cannot be contacted because of the incorrect or incomplete email address or telephone number or if the winner does not accept the prize. Claims relating to the wined prize following the signing of the prize allocation report will not be considered by the Organizer.

5.6 Winners will receive the prizes in up to 10 calendar days directly from the Organizer's office during the working hours specified on the https://futurehealthbiobank.com/ro/contactati-ne/ contact page with the prior notice of 24 hours. Winners who have their domicile / residence outside the city of Bucharest and only at their express request, the Organizer will send the prizes by courier, with acknowledgment of receipt, within 10 working days from the date of publication of the list of winners, bearing the costs. Also, when receiving the prize, the Participant must provide a valid identity card (identity card or passport).

5.7 Only winners will be asked for mailing addresses for the dispatch of prizes.

VI. PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6.1 Future Health Technologies Ltd incorporated and registered in England and Wales, with registration number 04431145, with registered office in Unit 10, Faraday Building, Nottingham Science and Technology Park, University Boulevard, Nottingham, United Kingdom NG7 2QP processes personal data of the Participants to this Contest in accordance with Regulation 679/2016. 6.2 By participating in the raffle, the participants agree to this Regulation.

6.3 By participating in the raffle, the participants expressly consent that their personal data be or not be kept and processed by Future Health Biobank (Future Health Technologies Ltd) representatives and subsequently be able to be contacted by telephone or email or through social networking by Future Health Biobanks (Future Health Technologies Ltd.) or not, in order to be communicated the results of this raffle and / or to be transmitted commercial information.

STORAGE AND PROCESSING PERIOD

The organizer will be able to submit newsletters and other commercial communications to keep you up to date with the Organizer's services and products, to communicate you the promotions and / or events it organizes.

YOUR RIGHTS

You have the right to be informed about everything that happens with your personal data, to know what they are used for, to access, modify it, and even revoke the consent;

You have the right to request at info@futurehealth.ro access to the processed data and rectify the processed data.

You have the right to request at info@futurehealth.ro to stop processing and / or deleting the data.

At any time, you may request the termination of email and / or telephone transmission of raffle and / or offers information.

Participants in the raffle are guaranteed all the rights provided by Law No. 677/2001, in particular the right to information, the right of access to personal data, the right to interfere with the data, the right to object, the right not to be subjected to an individual decision and the right to appeal to justice.

VII. TAXES AND FEES

The organizer is not responsible for paying the taxes, fees or other tax obligations corresponding to the prizes offered in the “Happy Future Parents” Raffle and which are the exclusive responsibility of the winners, as the case may be, with the exception of the withholding tax applicable to prize revenues, a tax that the Organizer will bear and which it is obliged to calculate, to deduct and transfer to the state budget in accordance with the provisions of the Tax Code.

VIII. ORGANIZER'S LIABILITY

The organizer of “Happy Future Parents” Raffle does not assume any responsibility and will not be involved in any dispute with the Participants regarding how the services related to the prizes will be provided.

The Organizer will not be responsible for the failure of a winner to acquire possession of the wined or desired prize.

The accuracy of the Data does not entail the Organizer's liability, as this is the sole responsibility of the participants. As such, it has no obligation in the event of the Participants supplying erroneous Data which led to the impossibility of identifying a winner.

IX. “HAPPY FUTURE PARENTS” RAFFLE REGULATION

The Official Raffle Regulation is drawn up and made public in accordance with the applicable law, BEING AVAILABLE FREE OF CHARGE TO ANY APPLICANT FOR THE DURATION OF THE “HAPPY FUTURE PARENTS” RAFFLE on www.futurehealthbiobank.com/ro.

By participating in the Raffle, the Participants adhere expressly and unconditionally to this Official Regulation and undertake to fully respect its terms and conditions. Any failure to comply with the provisions of this Official Regulation may lead to the cancellation and non-award of prizes.

The Organizer reserves the right to amend and / or supplement this Official Rules as well as the right to suspend and / or cease and / or discontinue the Raffle without the right to compensation, provided that any change is made known to the public on the website, www.futurehealthbiobank.com/ro.

"Happy Future Parents" Raffle may terminate before the end of the period provided in the event of an event that constitutes force majeure or fortuitous case in accordance with the provisions of the New Civil Code, including in the event of the Organizer being unable, for reasons beyond its control, to ensure the unfolding in good conditions of the Raffle. The Official Regulation will be authenticated to a notary public in accordance with the applicable law.

X. DISPUTES

Possible disputes between the Organizer and the Participants to this “Happy Future Parents” Raffle will be settled amicably or, if this is not possible, disputes will be settled by the competent courts at the Organizer's seat.

Any complaint relating to the "Happy Future Parents" Raffle will be made in writing within 5 days of the date when the event causing the damage was known or ought to have been known. After the expiry of this deadline, the Organizer will no longer take into account any complaints.
